Job summary

Access Community Health Centers seeks a Director of IT and Enterprise Applications to lead the organization’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity program, and enterprise applications. You will oversee telecom, data integration, and technical support services to ensure secure, reliable operations that align with organizational goals.

You will serve as the primary liaison with UW Health for Epic Community Connect and guide the portfolio of systems supporting HR, accounting, fundraising,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, IS, CS, healthcare informatics, business administration, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing technology teams, enterprise applications, or health IT.
• Experience with third‑party vendors and technology service providers.
• Experience managing technology projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the organization’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity program, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee technology solutions supporting medical, dental, behavioral health, and administrative operations.
• Liaise with UW Health as Epic Community Connect partner and lead for enterprise applications portfolio.
