Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise clinical application systems.
• Direct and manage the application portfolio to align with clinical operations and regulatory requirements.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for clinical applications to support efficiency, quality, and growth.
• Establish standards and procedures for selection, implementation, and maintenance of application systems.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.
• Oversee system integration to ensure interoperability across clinical, operational, and business apps.
• Manage budgeting and capital planning with compliance and controls.
• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project justifications.
