Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years managing a team in healthcare IT.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications and technology systems.
• Experience leading EHR implementations and data conversion or migration efforts.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Clinical and healthcare workflow understanding including CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM coding.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern a portfolio of 40+ enterprise applications and oversee change management.
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications Team and monitor service request queues.
• Plan and manage IT projects with cross-functional teams and regular stakeholder updates.
• Direct software selection, evaluations, vendor demos, requirements gathering and go-live planning.
• Coordinate post-implementation support and continuous improvement efforts with vendors and partners.
• Build strong relationships across departments to align IT with clinical and operational goals.
