Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader of AI Strategic Enablement to drive EnableAI across the Enterprise Infrastructure and Security team.

You will oversee agile delivery of enterprise AI solutions, embed security controls into CI/CD, and shape a strategic AI architecture roadmap. You will lead a distributed team delivering high-impact AI initiatives with governance and security at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 12 years in software engineering or IT, including AI/ML leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Deep understanding of modern AI stacks (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, vector DBs) and MLOps; familiarity with security automation tools
• Proven ability to lead teams in regulated environments and implement Governance as Code
• Servant-leader mentality with ability to influence C-suite and agile teams

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery teams to scale AI efforts across the enterprise
• Integrate automated security controls into AI ecosystem and CI/CD pipelines
• Position security as an enabler, secure by design
• Translate business challenges into actionable technical strategies with rapid ROI
• Define enterprise AI architecture and a strategic roadmap
• Cultivate and guide a high-caliber AI engineering team
• Encourage ongoing learning for around-the-clock delivery and innovation
• Serve as the EnableAI spokesperson with internal and external customers
