Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an AI Adoption and Enablement Leader to drive strategy and change management for new AI capabilities. You will collaborate with key partners to prepare teams and support organizational adoption across the enterprise.

You will deliver hands-on coaching, engage with executives, coordinate AI Ops roadmaps, and enable multi-functional execution with clear reporting and continuous improvement to realize AI value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience guiding organizational transitions and technology adoption.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional initiatives and executive reporting.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze adoption data and translate findings into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adoption strategies for AI capabilities.
• Provide hands-on AI enablement coaching to users.
• Engage with partners and executives to drive adoption momentum.
• Deliver tailored guidance and white-glove support to senior leaders.
• Coordinate AI Ops programs, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and readiness assessments.
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates.
• Coordinate communications and awareness campaigns for responsible AI adoption.
• Collect feedback to improve user experiences and adoption outcomes.
• Measure adoption metrics and business value realization.
• Support rollout playbooks and adoption standards across initiatives.
