Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) seeks a visionary VP, Enterprise Program Office to advance enterprise-wide execution of strategic priorities. You will drive portfolio visibility, governance, and program leadership across business units, ensuring alignment and delivery of the organization’s most critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 13+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio management and PMO leadership.
• Proven experience building or leading an Enterprise PMO or Transformation Office.
• Experience building scalable PMO standards and executive reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead an Enterprise Program Office that owns portfolio management for high-priority initiatives.
• Lead prioritization, planning, and portfolio reviews with executive leaders.
• Direct cross-functional programs with executive sponsors to set delivery strategies and governance.
• Run disciplined program management across planning, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Set up and maintain a central repository tool for tracking initiatives and delivering reports.
• Define enterprise standards, templates, and best practices for program and portfolio management.
• Coach program managers and assess maturity to build lasting capability.
• Champion a culture of strong execution and continuous improvement.
