Job summary

Greenlink Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Director – Energy Systems & Commercial Engineering to lead the Technical Solutions Team (TST) shaping design, pricing, and workflow systems for our commercial growth engine.

This senior role sits between revenue and production, owning the technical accountability layer to ensure projects are bankable, buildable, and profitable. You will drive pricing integrity, standards, and collaboration with Sales and Operations across the full energy stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial solar, storage, or integrated energy systems.
• Deep C&I solar PV design and modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of storage sizing, demand charges, and rate structures.
• Experience reviewing or building pricing models for commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineers or technical teams.
• Comfort interfacing directly with Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design assumptions embedded in pricing models.
• Provide design authority and ensure technical standards across projects.
• Maintain pricing integrity and margin protection.
• Own workflow ownership between Sales → TST → Operations.
• Guide Sales in translating customer goals into engineered solutions.
• Enforce intake standards and improve workflow clarity.
