Job summary

HydroJug, based in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Director of Product to own the new product development engine from opportunity to launch. You will set the multi-year roadmap for net-new products, manage the five-stage development process, and defend business cases for funded programs.

This hands-on leadership role oversees the industrial design team, chairs day-to-day development, and holds responsibility for commercial outcomes. On-site in Ogden with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product development or category leadership for physical consumer products.
• Experience leading a team or owning a category.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product roadmaps and portfolio strategy.
• Drive stage-gate development end-to-end with design briefs, concept selection, and launch readiness.
