Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Director of Engineering to own the internal business systems and data infrastructure that support operations, finance, and support teams.

You will lead the engineering group, drive delivery of the platform with stakeholders, and uphold reliability and performance across NetSuite-based workflows, BigQuery data pipelines, and internal apps hosted on Vercel. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and scaling software engineering teams with delivery ownership.
• Proven ability to build and scale internal business applications and integrations.
• Ability to make architecture decisions with deep technical understanding.
• Skilled at translating ambiguous needs from non-technical stakeholders into shipped software.
• Experience ensuring platform reliability and incident response.
• Comfort with AI tooling within engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of internal systems and data infrastructure roadmap.
• Lead engineering team and establish code review, testing, release cadence.
• Collaborate with VP of Systems, Product Manager, and business leads to align priorities.
• Ensure uptime, data accuracy, and performance for internal platforms.
• Partner with NetSuite, BigQuery, and internal apps on Vercel.
