Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers with direction and accountability.
• Own and improve the product development stage gate process for speed to market and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with strategy, customer needs, and market insights.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation through launch within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, supply chain, sales, operations, and leadership to define requirements and priorities.
• Drive profitability, market competitiveness, and revenue growth through market research and analytics.
• Oversee regulatory, sustainability, and compliance aspects of new products.
• Prepare and present updates and training to senior leaders and groups.
• Conduct market and product research including trade shows and customer visits.
