The role oversees Product Development, Technical Services, and Project Management, driving lifecycle management from concept to post-launch support while aligning technical execution with business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in product development/technical services in regulated manufacturing.
- Experience scaling consumer health/nutraceutical or related products.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPD initiatives from concept through commercialization.
- Direct formulation, process, packaging, and analytical development.
- Translate market trends and business objectives into development strategies.
- Ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
- Support commercial efforts with technical expertise and proposals.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies and ingredients.
