• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or marketing.
• 10–15+ years of commercialization or related experience.
• Proven record launching cross-functional product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization from concept to post-launch.
• Establish governance, stage-gate requirements, and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance.
• Oversee portfolio governance, resource planning, and risk management.
• Ensure launch readiness across business functions and customer activation.
• Provide executive visibility into status, risks, opportunities, and resources.
• Develop and refine commercialization processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Lead issue resolution for complex cross-functional initiatives.
