Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking an Operational Sales Leader to drive the execution of direct-store-delivery route sales in the Sales Center. The role focuses on achieving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and standardizing workflows across centers to create a world-class operation.

The position emphasizes coaching, training, and developing sales staff, managing promotions, and ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
• Travel is required, 1%–5%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on KPIs for revenue, volume and controllable expenses in the assigned sales area.
• Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets within existing accounts.
• Engage sales people in planning route sales activity and sharing promotional data.
• Create and maintain a world-class sales center aligned with brand marketing strategies.
• Recruit sales people and support route productivity initiatives.
• Maintain accounts receivable and day-to-day bakery outlet store operations.
