Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise a team

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Resident Experience Program
• Coordinate activities with departments and marketing as needed
• Recruit, orient, train, and supervise Resident Experience staff and volunteers
• Publish monthly calendars and maintain event calendars
