Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Director of Resident Experience to lead the Resident Experience program and drive engaging activities for residents. You will oversee calendar planning, cross-department collaboration, and the use of Resident experience software to promote wellbeing and community involvement.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and participate in recruiting and training to maintain high-quality resident-focused programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and performance management.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with office equipment and technology.
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the Resident Experience Program.
• Creates and organizes activities based on residents’ needs.
• Publishes monthly Resident Experience calendar.
• Coordinates events with other departments.
• Identifies and addresses resident concerns affecting care.
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates team members.
• Manages department budget and resources.
• Drives company vehicle as required.
