FalconX, a pioneering crypto trading and prime brokerage firm in the United States, seeks a Director of Sales, Electronic Trading. You will found and lead our Electronic Trading Sales franchise, bringing hedge funds, quant funds, market makers, asset managers, and banks onto FalconX and growing this book.

You will work directly with leadership, Trading, Product, Engineering, and Risk to shape pricing, connectivity, and product needs. This is a senior, builder role with broad client exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronic Trading Sales at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, exchange, or trading venue.
• Coverage should include electronic and algorithmic clients.
• Large established book of electronic trading clients.
• Builder mindset: launched a desk, product, or coverage model or readiness to do so.
• Strong technical fluency: FIX, API, latency, and market microstructure.
• Existing relationships with hedge funds, quant funds, market makers, or prop traders.
• Leadership experience or clear readiness to lead and hire.
• Commercial judgment on pricing, credit, and risk; sales impact on P&L.

Responsabilités

• Found Electronic Trading Sales.
• Define go-to-market strategy, target client segments, pricing approach, and coverage model.
• Set the standard for how FalconX sells electronic trading.
• Bring your book and move relationships to FalconX.
• Win new clients across spot, derivatives, FX, and financing.
• Onboard and grow client base.
• Guide clients through KYC, credit, and technical integration.
• Expand their flow and wallet share.
• Be the voice of the client and feed product with requirements.
• Identify venues, order types, and connectivity to build first.
• Partner with Trading and Risk.
• Shape pricing, limits, credit, and capacity for profitable growth.
• Stay ahead of market; monitor competitors and regulation.
• Represent FalconX at conferences and client events.
