Apex Service Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site Home Services Manager, Electrical & Generator, to oversee the Chicagoland electrical and generator teams. You will drive daily operations, schedule efficiency, safety, and profitability while coaching technicians to perform at a high level.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership in home services or skilled trades and a proven ability to develop teams, improve processes, and align field work with growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in electrical, generator, home services, or skilled trades.
- Experience leading electricians, generator technicians, or field service teams.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet performance goals.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Electrical & Generator team to meet performance goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Own daily operations, set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity.
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Partner with leadership and sales to align execution with growth objectives.
- Ensure job quality, safety, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
- Promote safety, compliance, and quality across all sites.
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of the team.
