Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Manager, Electrical & Controls Engineering to lead the electrical power systems and controls engineering function for One MHS. You will oversee design, development, and implementation of power distribution and control systems for material handling projects while leading engineers to deliver safe, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of industrial controls and automation experience or Master's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Experience leading engineering teams or serving as tech lead.
- Proficiency with IPCs, PLC programming, and SCADA system design.
- Experience with electrical design best practices and NEC code awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical and controls engineers.
- Define strategic direction for electrical and controls engineering within OneMHS.
- Oversee power distribution, control system architecture, and panel standardization.
- Manage in-field installation audits and NEC/NFPA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
