Job summary

PragerU is seeking a senior leader to drive technology initiatives and strategic EdTech partnerships for its educational products. You will work with schools, districts, and content teams to expand PragerU's learning platform and digital offerings.

You will evaluate emerging AI and learning tools, partnering with educators, homeschool networks, and content creators to promote broader adoption. A fast-moving environment requires collaboration and strong relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 7+ to 10+ years of experience in tech, education, digital products, product strategy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of K-12 education and EdTech landscape.
• Experience developing educational products for web.
• Mission aligned with PragerU values and educational mission.
• Experience working across product, technology, education, content, and marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital product adoption, audience growth and user engagement.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI in education.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to turn ideas into initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with high ethical standards and alignment with our content and worldview.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives and partnerships for PragerU Kids and educational products.
• Identify and develop strategic EdTech partnerships with content creators and institutions.
• Develop cross-promotional opportunities for PragerU Kids across platforms.
• Collaborate with Education and Technology teams on new digital products and features.
• Evaluate AI and other digital tools for educational offerings.
• Expand adoption among students, parents, educators, schools, homeschool networks.
• Build EdTech relationships with schools, districts, and education organizations.
• Use data to improve and expand educational products.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Technology and Communications teams for launches.
• Stay current on EdTech trends and opportunities for PragerU.
• Represent PragerU professionally with external partners and conferences.
