Job summary

PragerU is seeking a Marketing Manager for PragerU Kids in Los Angeles to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across digital channels. The role is execution-focused, requiring strong project management to keep campaigns on time and on budget.

You will coordinate with Creative, Content, Social Media, Communications, and Development teams to turn priorities into campaigns, monitor performance, and report results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or related field.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Experience with email marketing, paid ads, ecommerce.
• Experience marketing kids, family, educational content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute PragerU Kids marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, ecommerce, partnerships, and other digital channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate the promotion of content, programming, products, educational resources, and books.
• Project manage marketing initiatives, timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Social Media, Communications, Development, and other teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics; prepare reports and recommend opportunities to improve results.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify relevant platforms, tools, partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
• Serve as a day-to-day marketing resource and brand advocate for PragerU Kids, proactively addressing roadblocks and keeping projects moving forward.
