8+ years managing senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience driving large-scale digital transformation and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a compelling design vision and strategy for learning platforms.
Mentor and grow a high-performing UX organization.
Lead design reviews and ensure consistency with product roadmaps and delivery timelines.
Incorporate AI-assisted prototyping, accessibility, and personalization into design workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Learning Science to advance learner outcomes.
