PragerU is seeking a visionary VP of Digital Marketing to lead our social media strategy, grow our audience, and guide a 10+ person team. You will partner with the CMO to align social initiatives with broader marketing goals, while hands-on contributing to platform strategy and content development.

You will drive performance, stay ahead of platform changes, and elevate our brand across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with a focus on conservative media messaging

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years in marketing, with social media team management experience
• Hands-on social media across platforms
• Experience managing 7-10+ direct reports
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social, brand/PR, digital fundraising/revenue) and web/mobile savviness
• Extensive knowledge of social media strategy
• Ability to initiate, vision and execute key marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Passion for the organization’s mission and understanding of presenters/talent and conservative media landscape

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 10+ social media professionals, including coaching, performance reviews, and lifecycle management from recruitment
• Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture aligned with PragerU
• Partner with the CMO to align social strategy with broader marketing goals
• Own and drive social media strategy across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Spotify, TikTok, Rumble, and emerging channels
• Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow audience and engagement
• Stay ahead of platform changes and evolving best practices
• Identify new platforms, tools, and technologies to strengthen digital presence
• Collaborate with content producers and talent to develop multi-channel social content
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
• Lead social-first campaigns supporting shows, launches, fundraising, and moments
• Set strategy and standards for community management and audience engagement
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and dashboards; report to CMO and leadership
