• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, AI, CS or closely related field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing CV and deep learning teams.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing CV models and inference.
• Proven track record delivering edge or embedded software to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams for computer vision and deep learning on edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines operating in real-time.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, embedded, and AI research teams.
• Drive ML inference optimization for throughput and low latency.
• Define performance benchmarks and mentor engineers.
