Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Senior Director of eCommerce Business Operations & Strategy to serve as the operating and strategic partner to the eCommerce leadership team. You will own planning, prioritization, decision-making processes, and the operating rhythm, aligning performance with P&L rigor and accelerating critical initiatives.

The role requires data-driven leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate strategic questions into concrete actions, driving faster, sharper

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operating Rhythm: design and run cadence for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews and leadership meetings.
• Accelerate Priority Initiatives: move the top initiatives with structure, milestones and ownership.
• Build Rigor Around the Business: define knowledge needed for decisions; partner with analytics and finance.
• Shape the Strategic Agenda: frame questions, test assumptions, translate into actionable plans.
• Improve Ways of Working: diagnose bottlenecks, clarify decisions, streamline processes.
• Partner Across the Enterprise: work with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Tech, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
• Anticipate What’s Next: monitor external shifts and plan for opportunities and risks.
