Job summary

J.Crew seeks an experienced Ecomm Project Manager to oversee delivery of consumer-facing features across jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com. You will manage daily scrums, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, acting as a bridge between Business/Product and Engineering, QA, and Web Ops.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, Engineering, DevOps, and vendors to improve workflows, support site issues, and enable data-driven site experiences. A proactive, team-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; 3–5 years in eCommerce or digital product/project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups and backlog refinement with Product partners.
• Drive delivery of consumer-facing functionality for brand websites (jcrew.com, factory.jcrew.com).
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Web Operations to ensure timely releases.
• Support CI/CD processes and A/B testing, vendor integrations, and budget tracking.
