Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking an E‑commerce Project Manager to oversee delivery of consumer‑facing features on jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com. You will manage scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, design sessions, and sprint planning, acting as a bridge between Business/Product and Engineering/QA/Web Ops.

You will mentor teams, drive efficiency, and partner with Product, QA, Engineering, DevOps and vendors to optimize CI/CD and site experiences. Hybrid work and competitive rewards offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 3–5 years in eCommerce or digital PM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Collaborative team player focused on outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Comfort working across internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applying them to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive building of enhanced web experiences for jcrew sites.
• Lead daily stand-ups and backlog refinement with Product partners.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, Eng, DevOps to improve delivery.
• Support CI/CD and code release processes with Tech Ops.
• Track work in Jira and provide executive weekly status.
• Manage team budget, accruals, forecasts, and invoices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on new integrations.
• Support site issue resolution in production and lower envs.
• Enable A/B testing and evaluate results.
