LAKE is seeking a Head of eCommerce to lead our digital flagship and drive growth across the organization. This revenue-focused role owns site development, merchandising, UX, and the end-to-end experience from first page to delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading a high-volume DTC eCommerce business.
• Experience leading site development, UX, and digital product teams.
• Disciplined test-and-learn with emerging technology.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own LAKE.com revenue and performance across merchandising, content, launches, promotions, and testing.
• Lead all site development, UX, and digital experience, owning the LAKE.com roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing, empowered team with a culture of experimentation.
• Lead go-to-market for the channel, translating product collections and seasonal moments into experiences.
• Deliver a frictionless, harmonious experience across channels, partnering with Retail and Operations.
• Lead Client Services to provide an exceptional, hospitality-driven experience and cultivate client relationships.
• Own the strategic vision for the eCommerce and Client Services technology ecosystem with accessibility and privacy in mind.
• Turn data into action and deliver insights to cross-functional partners to sharpen assortment and experience.
• Ensure ADA and privacy compliance as standards evolve.
