Tuff Jug, based in Nampa, Idaho, seeks an accomplished ecommerce leader to own our direct-to-consumer business on-site. You will drive growth across paid media, CRM, conversion optimization, and marketplace performance, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will lead Shopify Plus, paid acquisition, retention campaigns, and lifecycle marketing, coordinating with manufacturing, sales, and product teams to align goals and execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive ecommerce experience with leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success scaling a DTC ecommerce brand and managing multimillion-dollar ecommerce revenue.
• Strong experience with paid advertising, Shopify, ecommerce analytics, and customer acquisition economics.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and external partners.
• Ability to manage for profitability and communicate ownership clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own ecommerce revenue targets, growth strategy, forecasting, budgets, and contribution profitability.
• Improve customer acquisition, conversion, average order value, retention, and lifetime value.
• Build clear performance reporting and identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Lead Meta, Google, and other paid media strategies with budgets and agencies.
• Manage Shopify Plus merchandising, product pages, landing pages, and checkout performance.
• Oversee retention marketing via Klaviyo emails and SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and cross-sells with inventory and sales.
