Job summary

devoted is seeking a Senior Manager, Document Services to oversee daily operations and long-term strategy for Inbound Correspondence and Outbound Print Production. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and steward the department budget while ensuring regulatory compliance across all documents.

You will build scalable tooling, forecasting plans, and reporting dashboards to provide early visibility into risk, volume shifts, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, correspondence management, print production, or a related function.
• 3+ years of people management, including other managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for Inbound Correspondence and Print Production, including intake, routing, turnaround standards, and escalation paths.
• Build capacity, forecasting, and durable, self-serve tooling (playbooks, dashboards, KPIs).
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, IT, Marketing, and other teams to align roadmaps and drive scalable solutions.
