Ampirical is seeking a Distribution Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers, designers, and coordinators in delivering large-scale distribution projects. You will oversee routing, design, drawings, and material requirements while ensuring cost-effective solutions for energy clients in Texas.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, client relationship development, and quality reviews of work for both internal assets and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited university degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises engineers, designers, drafters, and coordinators to deliver distribution line projects.
• Directs design and planning engineers: routes, layouts, designs, material lists, and drawings.
• Manages staffing and utilization in the Distribution Line Engineering group; travels to client sites as needed.
• Quality reviews of engineering work for internal assets and sub-contractors.
• Develops project proposals, bid schedules, and bill of materials for assigned projects.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET-accredited university. PE Required
