About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands‑on expert to lead the integration of AI across Real Estate, Design, and Construction within our global corporate real estate portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on program execution, AI evaluation, and innovation at scale.

You will operate at the intersection of built environment and advanced technology, driving high-impact initiatives that improve how we plan, design, build, and operate our workplaces. This role requires both deep domain expertise and strong technical fluency, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive AI Adoption: Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI/ML solutions across real estate, design, and construction (e.g., predictive analytics, generative design, digital twins).
  • Lead Programs: Own end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional initiatives across capital projects and workplace transformation efforts.
  • Enable Smarter Design & Build: Apply AI to improve space planning, cost modeling, scheduling, and construction risk management.
  • Deliver Data‑Driven Insights: Define KPIs and leverage data to optimize portfolio performance, site selection, and workplace utilization.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and Engineering to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Influence Without Authority: Act as a trusted expert, guiding stakeholders and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
What You Bring
  • 10–15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, architecture, construction, or related fields.
  • Proven track record delivering complex programs or capital projects in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Hands‑on experience evaluating or applying AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital technologies in real estate or construction.
  • Strong understanding of design and construction lifecycle, including BIM and project delivery methods.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital twins, smart buildings, IoT, or generative design tools.
  • Familiarity with BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
  • Advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent.
