Job summary

Biopharma Careers seeks a Director, Digital Tech Transfer & PKM to shape and execute strategy for digital tech transfer across our biopharma manufacturing operations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive data integration across MES/LIMS/SCADA systems, and ensure governance and compliance in a highly regulated environment. The role involves partnering with CMOs and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical technology transfer and readiness.
• Experience delivering large-scale, data-intensive digital products in leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and data/control systems (MES, DeltaV, PKM, Databricks, SCADA, PI).
• Experience implementing AI solutions with governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Digital Tech Transfer and PKM.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of product analysts and specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital manufacturing products supporting tech transfer.
• Collaborate with S&T, R&D, Commercialization and IT to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive data integration across MES, LIMS, and process control systems for PKM coherence.
• Champion data integrity and governance across process data.
• Manage product backlog and communicate progress to executives.
• Ensure solutions comply with GxP and internal quality standards.
• Partner with CMOs to digitize tech transfer and standardize data exchanges.
