Job summary

MSD is seeking a Director of Digital Tech Transfer & Knowledge Management to shape the future of manufacturing capabilities. You will define strategy, build roadmaps, and drive execution of PKM initiatives, leading a multi-disciplinary team to streamline transfer of process knowledge into manufacturing execution.

The role requires strong leadership, deep biopharma process knowledge, and experience delivering large-scale digital projects in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of industry experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, data-intensive digital products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product management or strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategic roadmap for Digital Tech Transfer and PKM.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product analysts, technology and process specialists.
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital manufacturing products supporting tech transfer from concept to deployment.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant digital solutions across S&T, Research, Commercialization and manufacturing operations.
