Job summary

NCBioImpact seeks a Director, Digital Tech Transfer & Knowledge Management to shape and execute the digital transfer roadmap for manufacturing. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and partner with S&T, Research, Commercialization, IT to translate complex needs into scalable, compliant solutions.

The role focuses on integrating data from MES, LIMS, SCADA and other systems, driving data governance, and ensuring GxP compliance across the tech transfer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of industry experience in biopharma or related fields.
• Proven product management or strategic leadership delivering large-scale digital products.
• Experience shaping tech transfer, PKM, and data-intensive initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of MES, DeltaV, PKM, Databricks, SCADA, and data governance practices.
• Experience implementing and scaling AI solutions in highly regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategic roadmap for Digital Tech Transfer and PKM.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of product analysts and specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital manufacturing products for tech transfer.
• Liaise between S&T, Research, Commercialization, manufacturing, and IT to translate needs.
• Drive data integration across MES, LIMS, and process control systems for a cohesive PK ecosystem.
• Champion data integrity and governance to ensure reliability and inspection readiness.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and communicate progress to executives.
• Ensure all solutions comply with GxP and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with CMOs to digitise tech transfer and standardize data exchanges.
