Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; 10+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical tech transfer, data readiness, and operational handover.
• Experience delivering large-scale, data-intensive digital products.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align senior leaders and technical experts.
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and data/control systems (MES, DeltaV, PKM, Databricks, SCADA, PI).
• Experience implementing and scaling AI solutions in regulated environments with governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategic roadmap for Digital Tech Transfer and PKM.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product analysts, technology and process specialists.
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital manufacturing products supporting tech transfer from concept to deployment and improvement.
• Serve as liaison between S&T, Research, Commercialization, manufacturing, and IT.
• Drive integration of data sources (MES, LIMS, process control) to create a cohesive PKM ecosystem.
• Champion data integrity and governance for reliable, inspection-ready process data.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business value.
• Ensure solutions adhere to GxP and internal quality standards.
• Partner with CMOs to digitise tech transfer and standardise data exchanges.
