Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Digital Imaging & Document Processing operations in Lutterworth. This leadership role drives operational strategy, quality, and financial oversight to ensure top-tier client service and profitability.

You will oversee a large team, align with senior management on planning, forecast resources, and maintain strict SOPs and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Background in contact centre, logistics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Strong business process understanding and regulatory/compliance awareness.
Proven ability to deliver KPIs and drive operational improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across the department with daily priorities and strategic direction.
Serve as primary client contact, ensuring objectives are met and KPIs achieved.
Build and develop a high-performing team through training and performance management.
Develop service delivery plans, monitor forecasts and progress with transparency.
Enforce SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and investigate non-conformances.
Manage financials, cost models, and resource utilisation to maximise profitability.
Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain HR policies and regulatory requirements.
