Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Supervisor, Business Process Operations to lead large-scale digitization projects across client sites and Iron Mountain India facilities. You will manage a ground delivery team, serve as the bridge between Key Account Managers and operations, and drive optimized workflows to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in business process operations, strong knowledge of scanning, DMS, and Google Workspace, with a track record in cost and profit optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process operations and digitization.
• Experience leading teams of 50–100 employees.
• Knowledge of production scanners, Document Management Systems, workflow automation, and Google Workspace apps.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA in Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale digitization operations and establish optimized operating plans.
• Act as liaison between Account Managers, vertical leads, and ground delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, standards, and best practices across facilities and client sites.
