Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Principal Product Manager - Media & Archival Solutions to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role you’ll define the future of our rich media hub and intelligent content capabilities within the AI-powered Insight DXP, turning archives into strategic, searchable digital assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS or platform-based solutions.
• Experience translating market insight into strategy, roadmap, requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations in a global org.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including pricing, packaging, and product metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Media & Archival domain.
• Direct strategic vision and commercial execution for solutions turning preserved media into governed, reusable assets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Communicate product vision and progress to executives, customers, and partners.
• Define KPIs and drive iteration based on data and feedback.
• Evaluate partnerships to enhance value and speed to market.
