• Define and own the firm's digital marketing strategy with KPIs and measurable outcomes across institutional, intermediary, and private wealth audiences.
• Oversee website implementation, governance, taxonomy, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG) across the corporate site ecosystem.
• Develop and execute SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for maximum AI-powered discoverability.
• Lead Email Marketing program, including templates, deliverability analysis, personalization, and GDPR/brand governance.
• Guide UX/UI standards, user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and a scalable design system.
