Qualifications

10+ years of progressive digital marketing and website management experience
Minimum 5+ years in financial services digital marketing
Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM tools in marketing
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI governance
Proficiency with Sitecore, Azure, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SEO/GEO tools and AI platforms
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Define and own the firm's digital marketing strategy with vision and KPIs
Own the corporate website ecosystem and oversee content architecture and governance
Lead growth marketing tactics, CRO, A/B testing, and AI-driven personalization
Develop and execute SEO & GEO strategy across AI-powered platforms
Oversee UX/UI standards and maintain a scalable design system with AI tools
Manage email marketing strategy, templates, deliverability, and governance
Own website analytics via Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, and Tableau and translate data to roadmaps
