Zylo is a recognized leader in SaaS and AI spend management, looking for a Director of Digital and Demand Generation in Indianapolis. You will own the demand strategy, drive multi-channel campaigns, and manage agencies to accelerate the new-business pipeline.

The role emphasizes AI-powered optimization, landing page optimization, and event-driven demand generation, with a measurable impact on revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in demand generation, digital, and growth.
• Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.

Responsibilities

• Own Zylo’s new business demand and digital strategy, activating and iterating on campaigns that generate qualified sales meetings and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Own paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns with agency support, building, optimizing, and measuring them individually and as a multi-channel media mix.
• Build and run email nurture and demand generation campaigns that move prospects toward opportunity creation and closed-won revenue.
• Build and update landing pages and website content using our design system to improve conversion rates.
• Set event strategy for in-person and virtual events, including budget and pipeline results.
• Select, brief, and manage agency partners, and own program budget with VP, Marketing support.
• Apply audience targeting and segmentation across paid, email, and events to maximize ROI.
• Work with content team and agencies on content strategy, search, and AI search visibility.
• Provide regular updates to VP Marketing and COO with recommendations on market trends and tool adoption.
