Zinda Operating Group is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing & Growth to own paid acquisition for our flagship client, a real business with significant marketing spend. This hands-on role requires you to be in the data, in the numbers, and building the playbook for expansion beyond one account.

You will lead Google Search/PPC, manage CPA and ROAS, and drive scalable growth using AI and automation before expanding headcount or agencies. Remote/hybrid possibilities apply.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of marketing experience, at Senior Manager or Director level.
• Directly managed $3M+ per year in paid digital spend.
• Hands-on ownership of Google Search/PPC.
• Own CPA, ROAS, acquisition cost, revenue metrics in past roles.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition while preserving economics.
• Proven use of AI/automation to boost marketing performance.
• Recent hands-on PPC work within the last 3 years.
• Stable tenure history with few short stints.
• Background in high-spend, direct-response environments (legal/insurance/finance).

Responsabilités

• Own paid digital performance end-to-end, with focus on Google Search/PPC.
• Drive CPA, ROAS, acquisition cost, and revenue metrics.
• Scale paid acquisition volume while maintaining unit economics.
• Use AI and automation before increasing headcount/agencies.
• Own SEO strategy and outcomes in partnership with technical specialists.
• Build playbooks to extend performance system to new practice areas/partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate a proven account into a repeatable platform.
