Job summary

Zylo is seeking a Director of Digital and Demand Generation to own demand strategy and accelerate revenue growth across digital, email, website, and events. You will shape multi‑channel campaigns, optimize the paid media mix, and build assets with a lean team and agency partners.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead budget, audience targeting, and AI‑driven experimentation to improve pipeline quality and velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in demand generation, digital, and growth.
• Proven track record hitting aggressive new business pipeline targets and growing sales-qualified pipeline and bookings.
• Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Experience building landing pages and updating a website in a CMS or page builder (Webflow preferred).
• Hands-on experience running email nurture and demand generation campaigns in marketing automation.
• Experience setting strategy for in-person and virtual events and tying events to pipeline.
• Experience selecting, briefing, and managing agencies with budget ownership.
• Data-driven approach with A/B and multivariate testing to connect activity to pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own Zylo’s demand and digital strategy, activating campaigns that generate qualified meetings and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Own paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns with agency support, building and optimizing the media mix.
• Build and run email nurture and demand generation campaigns that move prospects toward opportunity creation.
• Build and update landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates.
• Set event strategy for in-person and virtual events, including format, budget, promotion, and pipeline impact.
• Select, brief, and manage agency partners, and own program budget with executive oversight.
• Apply audience targeting and segmentation across paid, email, and events to maximize ROI.
• Work with content teams on strategy, search, and AI search visibility.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on competitors, trends, and AI advancements.
