Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related field.
• 7+ years in Digital Commerce, eCommerce or Digital Marketing with people leadership.
• Broad experience across Amazon, retailer.com/retail media, owned digital experiences, and performance measurement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing agency relationships.
• Use data and financial insights to shape strategy and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Commerce strategy and capabilities across Amazon, retailer.com, retail media, and owned channels.
• Drive Amazon strategy, profitability, assortment, promotions, and marketplace protection.
• Shape owned digital and DTC strategy, improve user experience, SEO, analytics and conversion.
• Lead retailer.com and retail media strategy, guiding investment decisions by performance impact.
• Establish measurement, KPIs, and cross-channel performance reviews.
• Build capabilities across technology, data, partners, talent, and processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Digital Commerce team.
• Manage agency and strategic partner relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to advance priorities.
• Support budget and investment planning with performance insights.
