Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Commerce Manager to lead client relationships and a dedicated team, focusing on Amazon growth and acceleration with senior oversight from the Associate Director. You will drive strategic and tactical initiatives, applying detailed commerce knowledge and analytics to actionable insights for clients.

The role requires hands-on management, experience with major online marketplaces, and collaboration across the agency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent.
2+ years of media management experience with an emphasis on Commerce platforms.
1+ years hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Commerce-based media buys.
Experience with Amazon and Walmart DSP or Sponsored Ads.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the daily workflow of all Commerce campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
Assist in overseeing the client's strategy and growth of AMS/AMG services including on-site display advertising.
Develop end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the client with the Associate Director.
Provide performance reporting against client goals and optimization recommendations.
