Qualifications

Proven track record leading multi-segment customer engagement and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the annual customer marketing growth agenda across all Dx customer segments—setting strategy and success metrics.
Lead the development and refinement of a segment-first customer marketing framework.
Build and maintain AI-enhanced customer personas for each segment.
Define end-to-end customer marketing strategy aligned to priorities and market opportunities.
Partner with segment leaders, portfolio leads, and sales to tailor campaigns.
Lead content strategy and a roadmap to build clinical credibility and engagement.
Drive differentiated messaging across campaigns and channels.
Champion AI and marketing tech to accelerate performance.
Foster data fluency and insight-driven decision making.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Marketers.
