• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI-driven products in a complex enterprise.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems with strategic and execution focus.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to delivery with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership, including executive presentations and reviews.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and manage organizational change efforts.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
