Job summary
Swire Coca-Cola, USA seeks a Director of Demand Planning Sales to lead the Demand Planning function and direct the team responsible for demand planning across the organization. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align objectives, improve forecast performance, and drive profitable growth, while championing IBP processes and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Master's degree preferred in related discipline.
- CLTD or similar certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Demand Planning team with strategic direction.
- Own governance and continuous improvement of IBP processes.
- Direct development and reconciliation of demand forecasts and the enterprise Demand Plan.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Executives to align objectives.
