Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1 year of work experience minimum
• 4+ years of progressive experience with leadership and influencing skills
• Experience in Logistics Operations preferred
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, and Project Management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and related tools

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary point of contact for distribution planning functions
• Communicates and influences internal stakeholders on optimal decision-making
• Extracts, models, and presents information to influence daily operations
• Develops direct reports and successors; evaluates planning process effectiveness
• Collaborates cross-functionally to drive efficiency, process improvements, and cost reductions
