Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to drive and support the development of the Demand Planning Forecast.

The role involves gathering inputs, building forecasts, and improving forecast accuracy under the guidance of the Demand Manager. You will manage forecasting data, participate in S&OP processes, collaborate with Sales and Marketing regionally, and contribute to timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or four-year college/university required, or 2–4 years related experience
• Knowledge of statistical and mathematical computer programs and modeling techniques
• Strong Excel and Office skills; experience with forecasting tools and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage and review statistical forecasts by gathering, analyzing, and validating data
• Develop and maintain forecast models and improve forecast accuracy
• Participate in regional S&OP processes and cross-functional meetings
• Prepare data and metrics for executive review and escalate gaps as needed
• Support Demand Planning team with special projects
